What you bring:
- Several years of experience in the sports retail industry, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Completed commercial/business education
- Strong sales and customer service orientation with a hands-on mentality
- A leadership personality with team spirit and genuine enthusiasm for sports
- Passion for both winter and summer sports (cycling, outdoor activities) – you live sports all year round
- Excellent German and good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident use of merchandise management and POS systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of personal responsibility
What awaits you:
- Operational management of the shop throughout the entire year – winter (skiing, ski rental, ski service) and summer (bikes, outdoor equipment, rentals, service)
- Team leadership, staff scheduling, deployment planning, and coaching of employees in sales, rentals, and workshop operations
- Ensuring a first-class customer experience – from consultation to return
- Inventory management: purchasing, goods receipt, stock control, and inventory counts
- Product range planning, merchandise presentation, and seasonal visual merchandising
- Responsibility for sales, profitability, and KPI targets of the location
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations – you lead from the shop floor, not from behind a desk
- Cash management, daily closing procedures, and administrative tasks
- Handling complaints and customer concerns with professionalism and sound judgment

We offer an attractive gross salary starting at €3,500 per month based on full-time employment (14 monthly salaries per year). Depending on qualifications and experience, a significantly higher salary of up to €5,000 gross per month is possible, complemented by a performance-based bonus scheme. The collective agreement minimum salary according to the Austrian retail trade agreement is exceeded by a substantial margin.

Are you looking for a varied job over the winter? Then you've come to the right place.
What makes you special:
- Are you a sports enthusiast and like to pass on this enthusiasm?
- Do you enjoy cross-country skiing, exercising in nature and interacting with guests of different nationalities?
- Have you mastered the basic technique of skating and classic technique?
- Do you have a high sense of responsibility & social skills?
What you can expect:
- Group courses or private lessons
Full-time employment can only be offered in conjunction with further employment as a ski/snowboard instructor or as a ski rental employee or sports equipment salesperson.
What we offer you
- Pay above KV - starting salary/year approx. € 24,000 (bonus for training & experience) + additionally (for full-time employment):
+ € 8,- ESSENBONS per working day
+ free season ticket for the Christlum high alpine lifts - Free employee clothing
