- Course cards can only be used on consecutive days.
- Course extensions are only possible following a course attended and on presentation of the course card.
- If a group is reduced to less than 4 participants, we reserve the right to merge them or to reduce the number of lessons.
- If a Super Group has too few participants, we reserve the right to merge groups or reduce the number of lessons.
- The maximum number of 4 or 6 people in Super Groups is calculated on the basis of an average and may be higher at short notice if the number of participants is not equal.
- Multiple teacher changes are possible due to the flexible organization.
- Price refund due to injury or illness only with medical confirmation. Only unused days (difference) will be refunded.
- Course tickets are not transferable and will not be taken back
- Course cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be reimbursed. Private courses take place in all weathers. The course ticket is not transferable! Unused course days expire!
- Lift tickets are not included in the ski course rates and must be purchased by the ski course participants in good time before the start of the course.
- Cancellations for confirmed private instructors must be announced by 6 p.m. the evening before at the latest, otherwise the full amount will be charged according to the booking.
- We do not accept any liability for accidents that occur during or before the ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.
- All deliveries and services of the ski school based on online orders via the Internet or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions.
Rental conditions (as of April 2025)
1. rental contract
The rental contract is concluded between the customer and the rental store. The booking becomes valid for the customer and for the rental store upon full payment and receipt of the e-ticket or on site after completion of the rental process.
2. availability
The rental store is obliged to provide the customer with all sports equipment in accordance with the booking. If the relevant sports equipment is not available when the customer arrives, a better or equivalent model from the rental store's current rental stock must be provided at no extra cost.
The rental store cannot be held responsible for delays in the issue of sports equipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of the rental store (in particular accidents, delays in the return of previous rentals, force majeure, strikes, peak times in the rental store, etc.). In this case, the rental store will make every effort to provide the customer with sports equipment of equivalent or better quality according to the stock available in the rental store concerned.
3. exchange
The rented sports equipment can be exchanged free of charge within the pre-booked category (with the exception of bookings for specific models). If you change to a higher category, you must pay the surcharge according to the price list on site. No money will be refunded when changing to a lower category.
4. collection
The customer must present their e-ticket in person at the rental store.
Upon request, the customer must present an official photo ID (e.g. passport or driver's license) at the rental store to verify their identity or age. The rental store can make copies of these documents (in compliance with data protection regulations), which are used for the proper processing of the rental contract. The rental store may also request a deposit for the sports equipment, which will be returned upon proper return of the sports equipment.
As a rule, the sports equipment can be collected on the day of the first rental day after the store opens. The customer must inform himself/herself about the respective opening hours.
Late collection:
If the booked sports equipment is collected late or not at all by the customer, the rental price will not be refunded. Cases of force majeure such as unfavorable weather conditions or other influences beyond the control of the rental store do not entitle the customer to cancel the booking free of charge. For further information, see the cancellation conditions (point 7.)
5. return
The sports equipment must be returned by the customer on the last day of the rental period before close of business. The customer must inform himself/herself about the respective rental store opening hours.
Premature return:
If the booked sports equipment is returned early, the rental price will not be refunded.
In the event of illness or injury of the customer during the rental period, the following regulation applies (for the person directly affected) on presentation of a medical certificate:
A refund of the rental price is only possible if the sports equipment is returned to the rental store immediately after the illness or injury occurs.
As soon as Busslehner Sports is aware of such a case, the customer will be refunded the rental price already paid minus the rental time already used. A refund for tickets booked online is not possible in the rental store, but will be refunded online.
Late return:
In the event of a longer use of the sports equipment and after consultation with the rental store, the difference between the rental period actually used and the rental period already paid for must be paid on site at the usual rental prices.
6 Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 18:00 on the day before the respective rental day:
- Up to 14 days before - 90 % refund or 100 % value voucher
- Up to 7 days before - 80 % refund or 100 % voucher
- Up to 4 days before - 70 % refund or 90 % voucher
- Up to 2 days before - 50 % refund or 80 % voucher
- In case of no-show - no refund
7. duty of care
When booking, the customer confirms the accuracy of their personal data. These are used for the professional adjustment of the sports equipment. If the customer has provided incorrect information, the rental store cannot be held responsible for this.
The customer may not change the professional setting made by the rental store without authorization.
The rental store checks the rental equipment to ensure that it is free of defects. If the sports equipment already has defects at the time of rental, the customer has the option - if the rental store cannot rectify the defect - to have the sports equipment exchanged or, if this is also not possible, to withdraw from the contract.
The customer is fully responsible for the rented sports equipment and must only use it carefully and in the usual manner in accordance with its function and conditions of use. The sports equipment may not be passed on to third parties.
When not in use during the rental period, the customer must ensure that the sports equipment is stored appropriately - at night this includes a locked room in the accommodation.
In the event of breakage or damage due to improper use or theft due to breaches of the imposed safekeeping obligations, the customer shall be liable for the repair costs or the current value.
Theft must also be reported to the responsible security authority within 24 hours and immediately reported to the rental store.
8 Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
All legal disputes shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law (excluding the IPRG) and the competent court at the rental store's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
9. data protection
The processing of personal customer data is based on the fulfillment of the rental contract and these are processed exclusively for this purpose.
10. payment
Credit card payments in favor of Busslehner Sports are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.
